1Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone who purchases access to the EduFin Investigation case through skillaipath.com/edufin-sql.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2What you are paying for

EduFin Investigation is a 7-day live case experience, not a course or recorded program. Here is what is included:

• Access to the batch WhatsApp group for the 7-day window
• Databricks workspace access with the EduFin lending dataset
• 5 submission rounds across Monday to Friday
• Review and iteration feedback during the batch window
• Saturday live data architecture and project walkthrough session
• Sunday live session and certificates at 9 PM for those who submitted all 5 days
• Saturday session recording shared after the batch

This is a live, time-bound experience. The value comes from the environment, the structure, and doing the work inside it.

3Payment and access

• Payment is processed via Razorpay in INR
• India pricing: ₹999 · International pricing: $49 (charged as approximately ₹4,000 INR)
• WhatsApp group access is provided immediately after payment confirmation
• Databricks workspace and dataset are shared at Monday 7 PM kickoff

4License and active seat

Access to EduFin Investigation is licensed to you personally, not sold. When you enroll, you are assigned a unique License ID that represents one active seat in the batch.

• Your License ID is for your personal use only. It cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with anyone else
• One License ID = one active seat = one participant. Sharing your workspace login, dataset access, or WhatsApp group invite with another person is not permitted
• Your license stays active only for as long as your enrollment is valid and has not been refunded or cancelled
• If your enrollment is refunded or cancelled for any reason, your License ID is revoked immediately and returned to the pool of available seats, where it may be reassigned to another participant
• Continued use of the dataset, notebooks, case materials, or workspace after your license has been revoked is not permitted

This same License ID / active seat definition applies across our checkout process, these Terms, and our Refund Policy.

5Refund policy

No refunds once the batch has started, except as set out below.

• If you paid and the batch has not started yet, contact us within 24 hours and we will process a full refund
• Where our separate Refund Policy's 7-day window applies, refunds are conditional: your License ID must be returned/deleted, your access is revoked immediately, and you must stop all use of the case materials, dataset, and notebook package, including in any portfolio or future work (see our Refund Policy for full details)
• Once a License ID is returned as part of a refund, the seat becomes available and may be reassigned to another participant
• If the batch has already kicked off, no refunds are issued regardless of participation level, other than as set out in our Refund Policy
• If you cannot attend this batch, we will move you to the next available batch at no additional cost; your License ID carries over and remains a single active seat
• Technical issues on our end that prevent access will be resolved or refunded at our discretion

6What you can and cannot do with the materials

You retain full ownership of the work you produce during the investigation. The dataset, case structure, notebook package, and session recordings belong to SkillAI Path.

• You can discuss your learning publicly and reference the case in interviews, without sharing the underlying materials
• You can continue working on the materials privately after the batch ends, for as long as your License ID remains active and has not been revoked or refunded
• You cannot showcase, publish, or include the dataset, notebook package, or case materials — including your own notebook built on them — in a public portfolio, resume, public repository, or similar public showcase
• You cannot publicly redistribute the full dataset, notebook package, or complete case materials
• You cannot share session recordings outside the batch group
• You cannot resell or repackage any part of the case as your own program

7Certificate eligibility

• Certificates are issued on Sunday at 9 PM to participants who submitted all 5 days
• Wrong answers do not disqualify you. Missing days do.
• Late submissions are accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed to qualify
• Certificates are issued as a digital document. Physical certificates are not provided.

8Batch conduct

• Treat other participants with respect inside the batch group
• Do not share others' work outside the group without their permission
• Do not spam the group or post content unrelated to the investigation
• Participants who disrupt the batch experience may be removed without refund

9What we do not guarantee

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or salary changes
• Results depend entirely on the effort and engagement you bring to the case
• Third-party platform issues (Databricks, WhatsApp, Razorpay) are outside our control
• Live session timings may shift by up to 30 minutes in case of technical issues

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
