1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by KRISHNAV TEKNOLZY PRIVATE LIMITED (operating as "SkillAIPath"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

SkillAIPath provides professional training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and related technologies through:

• Live interactive sessions and recorded video content
• Hands-on projects and business case studies
• Mentorship and personalized guidance
• Career placement assistance and freelancing support
• Access to enterprise-grade tools and platforms
• Community support and networking opportunities

3. Enrollment and Payment Terms

3.1 Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or signing of payment agreement
• Course access is provided within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
• Students must provide accurate personal and contact information
• Age requirement: Participants must be 16 years or older

3.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• EMI options are available with 0% interest for qualified participants
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods
• GST will be applied as per Indian tax regulations

3.3 Late Payment Policy

• Course access may be suspended for payments overdue by more than 7 days
• A late fee of ₹500 may be charged for payments delayed beyond 15 days
• Continued non-payment may result in course termination and debt collection

4. Course Access and Completion

4.1 Course Access

• Students receive lifetime access to course materials and recordings
• Live session attendance is encouraged but not mandatory
• Course materials are accessible via our learning platform
• Technical requirements: Stable internet connection, computer/laptop, basic software

4.2 Student Responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement with course content and assignments
• Participate actively in live sessions and community discussions
• Complete projects and assignments within specified deadlines
• Maintain professional behavior in all interactions
• Respect intellectual property rights of course materials

4.3 Completion Criteria

• Course completion requires finishing 80% of assigned projects
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of requirements
• Portfolio review and final presentation may be required

5. Guarantee and Refund Policy

5.1 Success Guarantees

We provide specific guarantees for different track levels:

• Foundation Track: Skills and portfolio guarantee with job interview readiness
• Professional Track: First freelance gig guarantee (₹20K-40K/month)
• Complete Track: Full-time job placement guarantee (6-15 LPA)

5.2 Guarantee Conditions

• Student must complete all required coursework and assignments
• Minimum 80% attendance in live sessions
• Active participation in mentorship and career support activities
• Adherence to timeline and milestone requirements

5.3 Refund Terms

Detailed refund policy is available in our separate Refund Policy document. Key points:

• 7-day cooling-off period for new enrollments
• Partial refunds available based on course completion percentage
• No refund for courses completed beyond 50%
• Refund processing takes 7-15 business days

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Course Content

• All course materials, videos, code, and content are proprietary to SkillAIPath
• Students receive limited license for personal learning purposes only
• Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited
• Screenshots, recordings, or reproduction of content is not permitted

6.2 Student-Created Work

• Students retain ownership of their original project work and portfolios
• SkillAIPath may use anonymized student work for marketing purposes
• Students grant permission to showcase their success stories and testimonials

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection and Use

• We collect personal information necessary for course delivery and communication
• Data is used for educational purposes, progress tracking, and career support
• We comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
• Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy

7.2 Communication

• Students consent to receive course-related communications via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Marketing communications can be opted out at any time
• We may record live sessions for educational purposes

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 Professional Behavior

• Maintain respectful and professional communication with instructors and peers
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated
• Academic integrity is required - no plagiarism or cheating
• Constructive participation in community discussions and feedback

8.2 Violations and Consequences

• Warning for minor violations of code of conduct
• Temporary suspension for repeated or serious violations
• Course termination without refund for severe misconduct
• Legal action may be taken for illegal activities or intellectual property theft

9. Limitation of Liability

SkillAIPath provides training and educational services. While we strive for excellent outcomes:

• Individual results may vary based on student effort and market conditions
• We cannot guarantee specific salary increases or job placements beyond our stated guarantees
• Our liability is limited to the course fees paid
• We are not responsible for third-party platform issues or technical difficulties
• Force majeure events may affect course delivery without liability

10. Course Modifications and Cancellations

10.1 Course Changes

• SkillAIPath reserves the right to update course content and curriculum
• Schedule changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
• Instructor changes may occur due to availability or other factors

10.2 Course Cancellation by SkillAIPath

• Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• Full refund or transfer to alternative course will be offered
• Minimum 48 hours notice will be provided when possible

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Resolution

• Students should first contact tech@skillaipath.com for issue resolution
• We aim to resolve disputes within 7-10 business days
• Escalation to management is available for unresolved issues

11.2 Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Indian law
• Jurisdiction for legal disputes: Courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Arbitration may be required for disputes above ₹10 lakhs

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Student

• Students may terminate enrollment subject to refund policy terms
• Written notice required via email to tech@skillaipath.com
• Access to course materials will be revoked upon termination

12.2 Termination by SkillAIPath

• We may terminate enrollment for violations of terms and conditions
• Non-payment or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination
• Refund eligibility depends on reason for termination

13. Updates to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services
• Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Students have 30 days to object to material changes
