The short version
This policy covers SkillAI Path generally, across all our programs. When you register and pay, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and payment confirmation. We use this to run the program, confirm your seat and License ID, keep our systems secure, and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside of what is needed to run our services, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

1Who we are
SkillAI Path is operated by KRISHNAV TEKNOLZY PRIVATE LIMITED.
This policy applies to information collected through skillaipath.com and all programs offered on it — including EduFin Investigation and any future programs — as well as any related payment, license, and batch communications.
2What we collect
We collect only what is needed to process your payment and run the program.
- Name — entered in the registration form
- WhatsApp number — used to add you to the batch group and send batch communications
- Payment details — processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details. We only retain the transaction confirmation and amount.
- Form submission data — stored in Google Sheets for program management. Includes name, number, and payment tier.
- Access and license records — your assigned License ID, seat status (active, revoked, or reassigned), and workspace access logs
- Communications — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, including support, refund, and license-related requests
- Location and device data — approximate location (such as country, used for pricing and market detection) and basic device/browser information, collected sitewide via analytics on skillaipath.com
We do not collect your email through the registration form itself — only if you contact us directly. Approximate location and device data is collected separately, sitewide, through analytics and market-detection tools used across skillaipath.com (see Section 4).
3How we use it
- Adding you to the correct batch WhatsApp group after payment
- Confirming your payment, seat, and License ID
- Sending batch kickoff details, dataset access, and session links via WhatsApp
- Issuing your certificate at the end of the week
- Contacting you if there is an issue with your payment or group access
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing of a License ID or seat
- Maintaining the security of our systems, workspaces, and services
- Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Keeping business records, including payment, refund, and license history
- Understanding site usage and detecting your general market/location, to improve skillaipath.com and set appropriate pricing
We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or third-party promotions without your consent.
4Who we share it with
We share your data only with the services required to operate our programs:
- Razorpay — to process your payment securely. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant.
- Google Sheets — to manage program registrations, license/seat status, and track payment confirmations
- WhatsApp — to communicate batch information to you directly
- Analytics and market-detection providers — to understand site usage and approximate location, in order to improve skillaipath.com and set regional pricing
- Regulators, auditors, or legal authorities — where required to meet legal, tax, or compliance obligations, or to investigate fraud or abuse
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5WhatsApp communication
- After payment, your number is used to send you the batch group invite link
- Inside the batch group, communications are limited to case-related content: dataset links, session reminders, feedback threads, and certificates
- We do not add you to any marketing broadcast lists without your consent
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any direct message or leave the batch group at any time
6How long we keep your data
- Batch records — name, number, and payment confirmation kept for up to 12 months for program management and certificate verification
- Payment records — transaction data retained for 7 years as required for financial records
- Access and license records — kept for as long as your License ID is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for seat reassignment, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes
- Business and compliance records — payment, refund, and communication records retained as needed to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations
- Certificate records — kept indefinitely so we can verify certificates if requested
To request deletion of your data, email tech@skillaipath.com with your name and registered number. We will process the request within 7 days.
7Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for WhatsApp communications at any time

8Security
- Payments are processed by Razorpay with industry-standard encryption
- Google Sheets access is restricted to authorised team members only
- We do not store passwords or sensitive financial data on our systems
9Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SkillAI Path programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
