Is this a course?

No. There are no lectures to sit through. You get a project that already exists, and you improve it for five days.

Do I need to know Databricks or GitHub already?

No. You need to know SQL and Python basics. Everything about Databricks, GitHub, Genie and Lakeview, you'll pick up by using them this week.

Will I really submit Pull Requests, not just files?

Yes. You raise a PR, an engineer reviews it, you get comments, and you fix and resubmit. That loop is the whole point.

What if my work isn't perfect by Friday?

Nothing is perfect on day one. What matters is that you submitted it, got feedback, and improved it. That's what the certificate is tied to.

Is this live, or self-paced?

The week is live: you work alongside other students and get feedback from an engineer as you go, not after. Your final walkthrough on Friday is recorded, so the founder can review it properly instead of judging you on the spot.

What do I actually walk away with?
