The short version
7-day conditional refund: Changed your mind? You can get 100% of your money back within the first 7 days, provided you (1) stop using any SkillAI Path materials, including in your portfolio or future work, and (2) return/delete your assigned License ID so we can revoke your access.
Once your License ID is returned, your access ends immediately and the seat becomes available for reassignment to another participant.
After 7 days: No refunds. This lets us allocate expensive resources and maintain quality. Use the 7-day window to evaluate the program.

At SkillAI Path (operated by KRISHNAV TEKNOLZY PRIVATE LIMITED), we stand behind the quality of our training programs. This refund policy is simple: try the program for 7 days, and if it's not for you, we'll refund it — provided you meet the conditions below.
27-day conditional refund
Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
- Refund Amount: 100% of fees paid, subject to the conditions below
- Condition 1 — Stop all use: You must immediately stop using any SkillAI Path codebase, dataset, notebooks, or case materials, including removing them from any portfolio, public repository, or other public or future use
- Condition 2 — Return your License ID: Your assigned License ID must be returned/deleted so we can revoke it. A refund cannot be processed while your License ID remains active
- Seat reassignment: Once returned, your License ID becomes an available seat and may be reassigned to another participant
- Course Access: Revoked immediately upon refund approval — you lose access to the WhatsApp group, Databricks workspace, and all materials
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days once we have confirmed both conditions above
3After 7 days
No refunds available. After the 7-day cooling-off period, all enrollment fees are non-refundable. This policy allows us to:
- Maintain small batch sizes and quality mentorship
- Provide enterprise platform access and resources
- Ensure serious commitment from enrolled students
- Allocate mentorship time effectively
4Why no partial refunds?
We create a personalized roadmap for you to follow. Once you enroll, we invest significant upfront work mapping your learning path, allocating resources, and preparing your journey.
Our programs include:
- Custom career roadmap tailored to your background and goals
- Access to expensive enterprise platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS)
- Live mentorship sessions with limited capacity
- Personalized project reviews and guidance
- Lifetime access to all course materials and updates, for as long as your license remains active
These resources are allocated when you enroll. The 7-day window gives you ample time to evaluate if the program is right for you before committing.
5How to request a refund (within 7 days)
Step 1: Send Refund Request
Email tech@skillaipath.com with:
- Subject: "7-Day Refund Request"
- Your name, enrollment email, and your License ID
- Confirmation that you will stop using (and remove from any portfolio or public repository) all SkillAI Path materials, dataset, and notebooks
- Preferred refund method (bank transfer/UPI/original payment method)
Step 2: Confirmation and License Revocation
You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours during business days. Your License ID will be revoked and your access removed at this stage, and the seat returned to the available pool.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we've confirmed your License ID has been returned and access revoked, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

6Refund methods
- Original Payment Method: Automatic refund to the card/account used for payment
- Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to your bank account (3-5 business days)
- UPI: Instant refund to your UPI ID
7Important notes
- The 7-day period starts from your enrollment confirmation date
- Refund requests received after 7 days will not be processed
- Your License ID must be returned/deleted as part of any refund — it cannot remain active once a refund is issued, and refunds will not be processed until it is confirmed returned
- Course access (WhatsApp group, Databricks workspace, all materials) will be revoked immediately upon refund approval
- All downloaded materials must be deleted upon refund
- Any use of case materials in a portfolio, public repository, resume, or other public or future work must be removed upon refund
- Once a License ID is returned, it becomes an available seat and may be reassigned to another participant
- No exceptions to the 7-day policy
8Special circumstances
In exceptional cases such as:
- Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization
- Death in immediate family
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
